To be nominated as a Super Lawyers Rising Star you must be under 40 or have been an attorney for 10 years or less. Lawyers will nominate other attorneys that fit these requirements that they feel have practiced law in an exceptional manner. The top nominated attorneys are then reviewed by a team of attorneys that evaluates the nominated attorneys. After points are totaled the Super Lawyers Rising Stars are selected.
