Charge: Use of Computer to facilitate Child Sex Crime, Bail Jumping. Client attempt to meet a 14 year old girl at a local mall after chatting online. Was arrested by the detective that he had been chatting with. Only charged with a misdemeanor originally. While case was pending, he went online again to chat but ended up chatting with the exact same detective. Now charged with a felony. Faced 25 years in prison. DA requested jail at sentencing.
